12. Press SET button to select and enter Target weight setting mode display GOAL 180kg,
396lb ,If set to no, directly access to zero program,
13. Use Up or Down button to select the Target weight values“10~180KG”,the graduation is
0.5KG：
14. Press SET button to select and access to zero program,
15. Wait for scale LCD to cycle and flash through
“−−−”,

When 0.0KG or 0.0LB appears, then step on the scale and stand still to measure your
weight.
17. Stand on the scale, remain balanced, and wait for scale LCD to cycle and flash through
“−−−”, once your weight is locked it will be displayed on LCD.
18. Scale will cycle through your current weight, fat%, water weight, muscle weight, bone
weight, goal weight, starting weight difference, last weight measured.
19. Once cycle is complete the scale will power off.
The scale will also automatically power off after approximately 10 seconds of no use.
Personal Data Setting Mode (After Initial Setup)
1. When LCD is powered off
2. Press the MEM button
3. Use the Up/Down button to select a user number (from 1 to 10).
4. Press SET button
5. Wait for scale LCD to cycle and flash through
“−−−”,

When 0.0KG or 0.0LB appears, then step on the scale and stand still to measure your
weight.
7. Stand on the scale, remain balanced, and wait for scale LCD to cycle and flash through
“−−−”, once your weight is locked it will be displayed on LCD.
8. Scale will cycle through your current weight, fat%, water weight, muscle weight, bone
weight, goal weight, starting weight difference, last weight measured.
9. Once cycle is complete the scale will power off.
